Schulman & Associates, LLC / KC Auction & Realty was founded in 2006 by David Schulman, a licensed auctioneer and real estate broker in Missouri and Kansas. He is a Kansas City native and a 2002 graduate of the Missouri Auction School with an extensive history of helping individuals and businesses through some of the most difficult transitions. David was previously involved in all aspects of the auction business with one of Kansas City's largest auction and real estate marketing firms for over 4 years, thus, paving the way for Schulman & Associates, LLC. In the past 12 years alone, he has sold and assisted in the sale of over 150 residential and commercial properties. As a collector, David has been acquiring antique and vintage radios and related equipment for over 35 years. Growing up, he had a fascination with vacuum tube based electronics and received his amateur/ham radio license at the age of 14. David is still actively licensed today. Over the years he has bought, restored and sold many type of radios and associated equipment dating back to the early 1920′s through the 1970′s. His main areas of interest are 1930′s console and cathedral radios,1940′s/50′s table top sets and vintage amateur/ham radio equipment.
