Ferge Auctions & Realty, LLC is a family-owned and operated business located in Whiteville, TN. Owner, Bailey Ferge Jr. started into the Auction business January 1985 with 10 years of prior Auction experience. Later in the business he became a Real Estate Broker to provide Real Estate Auctions along with personal listings. Also, he is a certified personal property appraiser in all 48 states. Bailey became a trailer dealer in 1993 for Gooseneck Trailers and has since grown to several other manufacturers including Circle W, Delta, W-W, Merritt, Double G, PJ, Ranch Hand, B & W, Farm King, CrustBuster, Tarter & Meyer.
