It all began in the early '80's Ralph Elliott & Joyce Dixon decided to start an auction company. After years of work, many successful auctions & marriage they settled into a full time business. Both were Realtors & have associated with Allen Tate for 15 years. Joyce has been a Certified Personal Appraiser with CAGA since 1996. She has performed appraisals for families, attorneys, banks & businesses for many years. Elliott/Dixon Auctions LLC have had Estates, Farm Equipment, Businesses & many other auctions for 40 years. In May, 2021 Ralph died & Joyce faced the question of retiring or continuing. With the assistance of good employees and her daughter & son in law plus her grand daughter Piper she has continued in the Auction Business.
