They need organization & customer skills
“Furlo Auction Service should be more organized and professional. I bought a set of dual tractor tires and two of the 8 fasteners were on the jewelry wagon. Mr. Furlo stated I would have to buy them since they were on the wagon. Wow. It cost me $5.00 and it cost Furlo the rest of my future business including any listings. I have been to many auctions & I never saw an auctioneer knowingly split a set like that. It was like buying a horse shoe set and have to buy one shoe seperate because it fell out of the box. It just isn't right.”
