Loy Real Estate & Auction is a family owned business that was started in 1955 by founder Ernest Loy. Since Ernie's passing, Gary Loy has taken over auction duties along with Travis Theurer, and Aaron Loy. Licensed and bonded in BOTH Indiana and Ohio. Kim who has her Real Estate Brokers license is operating the Real Estate office along with Brokers; Gary Loy, Doug Loy, Missy Puterbaugh,, Aaron Loy and Forrest Johnson. Aaron Loy is also licensed Real Estate broker in Ohio. We are full time Real Estate and Auction Professionals. We offer competitive rates. We conduct auctions in Real Estate, Farm Machinery, Antiques, Household Goods, Livestock, and anything else you might have to sell.
