Ocala Stockyard

Ocala Stockyard is a livestock auction facility that is bonded by USDA's Packers and Stockyards. We have a cattle sale every Monday, with the exception of some holidays. Cattle are accepted on Sundays from 1 pm - 7 pm. and on sale day beginning at 7 am. The sale starts at 1 pm. Cows needing pregnancy tests must be here by 11 am. Bulls and cows sell first followed by yearlings. The goat and hog sale is held once a month on the first Friday. Animals are received on Thursday before the sale from 1 pm - 7 pm., and on sale day from 7 am.-11 am. Hogs must have ear tags prior to arrival. Goats and sheep must have scrapie tags, we do tag them for a fee if you do not have tags. The goat and hog sale starts at 12:00 pm. Café opens on sale day.
